Welcome to Callan's official celebratory website
- celebrating 800 years of unique history of Callan Town, located in Co Kilkenny in the South East of Ireland.
Callan 800th is a 12 month long celebration of events in 2007 marking the 800th anniversary of the granting of the town charter in 1207. In February President McAleese officially launched Callan 800th.

To mark the end of Callan 800,
